Caroline Popoola is an Columnist, Speaker, Entrepreneur and Philanthropist, - She is passionate about developing leaders within the small / medium size business and building effective teams. She is the CEO of Alpha Childcare Limited, a leading UK childcare provider.

Caroline currently runs over 13 childcare settings in the UK, leading a team of 75 childcare experts and helping over 500 children a day.

A graduate of the Saïd Business School - the business school of the University of Oxford and a participant of the Goldman Sachs 10KSB Alumni Conference - her business sustainability and growth model has helped many businesses surpass their objectives.

Caroline Popoola Consultancy assists businesses and organisations to develop effective and sustainable business strategies alongside equipping them with great leadership skills.

Caroline contributes immensely to the community through the Caroline Popoola Foundation in line with her personal and company ethos which at present, helps to feed 150 parents and children from low income backgrounds monthly. The Caroline Popoola foundation runs a delivery food bank to various homes across London. In addition to this, the foundation supports start-up businesses with seed funding and has provided bursaries for a number of young people to get into higher education.
